The World Health Organization has recently dubbed sun beds a serious no no for teens and we all know what melonoma means. Regular fake tans leave streaks, patches and that dreaded Oros effect…so what’s a beach goddess to do? Fake it, of course!

Bring the beach to your bedroom with a helpful little tool called the ‘tan enhancer’ and winter is the perfect time to start. They work like normal moisturisers and you’ll have that J-LO glow before you can say, “is Jenny still from the block”?

But before you get to it…

1. Remember to exfoliate to remove all dead skin cells for a flawless effect.
2. Always wash your hands after you have applied to your body. The lotion tends to collect in between your fingers if you’re not careful peeps will start to think you’ve got some rare disease.
3. Buy a separate tan enhancer or moisture tint for your face.
4. Do not use with or over self -tans, duh. Apply to clean, natural skin

The Bodysuit Makes a Comeback

Remember the body suit? She’s baa-aack. Like the Tommy tekkie and the 1 shoulder dress the body suit is making her very own comeback this season.

She’s a great "in betweener". Perfect for layering during the chilly months ahead and also great to carry through to summer with a pair of cheeky shorts. Think of your body suit like you would think of a vest. Except, vests are way more happening.

Plain colours like black and white are a good standard to have but try mixing it up with a black and white stripe. Throw on a cardi and a scarf and you’re set to go. Too easy!

The ‘boyfriend jean’ is a hot denim cut this season but this is how you go from “hot” to homeless in foul swoop. Easy on the rips, girlfriend! And how about you run me through those Charlie Chapman shoes?

There’s nothing quite like having a pair of ‘one off’ sneakers. The prestige of being the only one with a pair is like having your cake and eating it.

Now, you can take it one step further, thanks to Converse. Converse has launched the ‘design your own’ sneaker collection. You can choose from a hi top, classic fit or ankle top. Add your own colour, your own print, customize your laces and choose your own stripe.

It adds up the cost as you go so you know exactly how much your masterpiece is going to set you back, so you can trade up or trade down depending on your bank balance. Only catch….they don’t deliver internationally. Bummer! But it’s still really fun to pretend!

Miss Moss Releases Hi Summer Collection

Miss Moss is at it again this time with her spanking new Hi Summer collection for Topshop.

It was around this time last year that masses of British fashionistas lined up outside London’s Topshop in anticipation of the Fashion diva’s new clothing line. Each shopper was restricted to 2 garments only and not much has changed for the fashion mogul.

Her new Hi summer range (remember it’s summertime there) launched on Friday 22 May and already has key items ‘sold out’. The new range is all about the puurfect holiday wardrobe. She’s used loads of different textures inspired by all her latest travels. OTT accessories are still a firm favourite and animal print, playsuits, chiffon, leather and sequence make this a s@#! hot collection.

The sad news is, Topshop don’t freight to South Africa yet so we can’t get our grubby hands on any of it but they can’t stop us from perving of it.
